Service scope

Petr Coaching provides coaching sessions, VOD reviews, team coaching discussions, private scrim POV VOD requests, and related educational content focused on game improvement. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, services are informational and skill-development based. They do not guarantee rank gains, team placement, tournament results, or any specific competitive outcome.

Booking requests and confirmation

Submitting a booking form or VOD request does not automatically create a final confirmed service. Requests are reviewed before confirmation. Availability, format, session scope, delivery method, and timing may change if needed for scheduling or operational reasons.

After a request is submitted, Petr Coaching may follow up through the Discord username you provided to continue the conversation, confirm the scope, discuss payment, and arrange delivery where relevant. Team coaching may remain quote-based and may require additional discussion before any session is scheduled.

Payments

Prices shown on the site are the standard listed prices for the displayed service unless a custom quote or separate arrangement applies. Payment instructions, timing, and confirmation method may be handled separately from the site checkout flow and may be discussed manually through Discord after a request is submitted.

If you send payment proof, bank-reference details, or billing information, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Private VOD requests and delivery

Private scrim POV VODs are request-only products. Submitting a VOD request does not guarantee immediate delivery. Petr Coaching may review the request first, confirm availability, and then continue the process through Discord.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, approved VOD requests are fulfilled by sending the file, the access details, or another agreed delivery method through Discord rather than by streaming it automatically inside the website account area.

Rescheduling, cancellations, and no refunds

All paid sessions, VOD reviews, team preparation, and custom coaching work are final. No refunds are offered.

If you cannot attend, use rescheduling instead of cancellation whenever another slot is available. Canceling a booking removes the reserved slot but does not create any refund, credit, or partial repayment.

Repeated late cancellations, missed sessions, or no-shows may lead to refusal of future bookings.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact, timezone, and booking information.
• Provide a Discord username that Petr Coaching can use for follow-up on requests, payment discussion, and VOD delivery where relevant.
• Be ready on time with the platform, account, and materials needed for the session.
• Keep your login credentials secure and do not share account access.
• Use respectful behavior in messages, calls, reviews, and requests.
• Do not upload or send unlawful, abusive, or infringing material.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account. Petr Coaching may suspend, restrict, or delete access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, respond to legal requests, or stop harassment, fraud, or repeated violations of these terms.

Intellectual property and permitted use

Website design, copy, branding, session materials, review notes, custom guidance, and private VOD materials remain the property of Petr Coaching unless clearly stated otherwise. Materials provided to you are for your own personal use or your team's internal use only and may not be resold, reposted as your own product, or distributed commercially without permission.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and services are provided on an as-available basis. Petr Coaching is not liable for indirect losses, missed opportunities, lost rankings, lost tournament results, or third-party platform outages. To the maximum extent allowed by law, total liability relating to a specific paid service is limited to the amount paid for that service.

Changes

Services, prices, booking rules, and these terms may change over time. The latest version published on this page applies from its stated update date unless local law requires a different approach.
